You will need some thin rope or a long piece of string for this CBT instruction. You will also need 2 water bottles with screw caps. Today Im going to walk you through one of my favorite ways to t0rture a guys balls. It involves rope bondage and water bottles, which are perfect as they essentially become adjustable weights. Dangle them empty and its just uncomfortable...fill them up and the real fun begins ;) I love teasing my subs like this...testing how much water they can take and playing ball abuse games.
